Expert Reply:
The leg on your Atwood Power Jack AT80718 is not replaceable and since this jack is now discontinued by the manufacturer, the only solution is to replace it with a new jack.
For a comparable jack, my expert recommendation is the Bulldog Powered-Drive Trailer Jack # BD500188. It features the same 3,500 lb capacity as the AT80718 but offers you a 22 inch lift which is a few more (3) inches than your current jack. It has a retracted bracket height of 9-3/4 inches and will work perfectly on your 2012 Jayco Eagle.
The Bulldog Camper Jack # BD500188 features a convenient LED light which will come in handy when setting up at night and also includes an emergency manual override crank. This jack comes with a 5-year warranty which is significantly longer than most other powered jacks out there.
I have included a couple short videos covering more of the specs and installation for you to check out.
