I have a douwntube Nova 20 inch folding bike and want to take ziggy, my 9 lb dog, for rides. Can I attach the front rack and truss to my frame. It looks like the safest way to go. I am not planning on fast rides. I am young elder and raring to ride safely on bike trails. Thanks. I live in the Boston Area
