The SuperChips programmers that fit your 2008 Ford F-150 with a 4.2 liter like the # SU1845 can give the truck up to an additional 18 horsepower and 26 ft lbs of torque. The daily driving tune level is great for getting around day to day, but as long as you run the minimum octane rating of 91 you can use the performance tune without any issues and the full power potential.
