Closest Trailer Tire Size To 8.75R16.5 Tires

Question:

Im trying to replace this size tire 8.75 R16 .5 convert that to a trailer size tire I do not want to change the rims so Im trying to see what size tires to order

We do not carry a tire that fits the 16.5" rims that you use for the 8.75R16.5 tire. I recommend to replace the tires with a tire and wheel combination Contender ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire part # AC16R6WS if you have a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern hub or a Contender ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire part # AC16R8WM if you have a 8- on 6-1/2 bolt pattern hub. The ST235/80R16 is the closest size to your existing 8.75R16.5 tire size. They have an outer diameter 30.79" and a section width of 9.25". The existing tire you have on there now has a 29.5" diameter and 8.8" section width according to my research.
