The Advent Air Rooftop RV Air Conditioner # ACM135B is actually just the outside part of the AC unit and wouldn't be considered either ducted or non-ducted but you're on the right track!
What you need along with Air Conditioner # ACM135B - which is Black in color but also available in White at part # ACM135 - is Ceiling Vent Assembly # ACDB to give you a non-ducted AC unit. The vent assembly will install in a 14-1/4" long x 14-1/4" wide opening in your roof and will be inside your food trailer while the AC unit will mount on it and be on the outside.
