Question:
I was reading your post about 2017 Ram 3500 puck front and rear size differences. Is the same true with the 2018 Ram 3500?

Yes, the Ram Factory Puck System has remained unchanged for the most part since its release therefore, the front pucks are different than those on the rear of your 2018 Ram 3500. The safety chain loops included with the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loops Kit for Ram Underbed Gooseneck Hitch part # C60618, B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit for Ram Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNXA2062, and Reese Elite Series Pop-In Ball Kit for Ram Under-Bed Gooseneck Hitch part # RP30140 will only work on the rearmost pucks.
I do not have any way for you to utilize the front factory pucks on your Ram as a tie down point, but you can add the Extang CargoCleats Truck Bed Tie-Down Anchors # EX1932 to the bed sides for better tie-down points towards the front of the truck bed.
