I have a 1992 Chevy Cheyenne C2500 extended cab long bed with a 7.4 and 4 .56 rear gears Towing bumper pull camper max towing capacity

I was not able to locate an exact towing capacity for your 1992 Chevrolet C2500. However, if you take a look at your driver door jamb for a white sticker it should list both a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and a gross combined weight rating (GCWR). If you subtract the GVWR from the GCWR that should then give you the max towing capacity.
Please note that if you will be towing towards the maximum capacity of your vehicle then you might want to upgrade the trailer hitch. For this, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C15325 which has a 2" receiver tube opening and will cover you up to 16,000 lbs which should be plenty. Please note that this trailer hitch will only work on models with the standard rear bumper.
I have attached an install photo for you as well which shows the standard rear bumper.
