Will the Thule FreeRide TH532 Work with Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars

Question:

Hi, i have thule 532 FreeRide bike carrier and planning to buy RRVA180B-RRRLT600 product. Does the bike carrier fits this product. My carrier has 20x20 t tracks and i couldn't find any info about rhino rack vortex track dimensions. I will be happy if you can help me out. Also i will upgrade sides my retrax with track rail system with product number . I guess your product will fit that rail too. Retrax rail system is the same for all its products... What they told me is The Retrax part # of T-82103 is the correct matte finish rails for the Nissan Navarra European version. The Rhino Rack rails we are not sure as we don’t manufacture those parts we can however give the measurements from the center to the center of the track system which is 58.875 inches. I will buy them all from usa and take them all to europe and try them out. So it will be almost impossible for me to return the products. Ill be happy if u can help me out. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can use the Thule FreeRide Rooftop Bike Carrier TH532 on the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System. I have attached a photo which shows the dimensions of the channel inside the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for you. This channel as you can see measures 7/8" wide which is about 22mm therefore you won't have any issues with the Thule FreeRide.

I spoke to my contact at Rhino-Rack and they said since the tracks are spaced 58" apart on center you will want to use the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series Tonneau Covers part # RRVA165B-RRRLT600 which has 65" long crossbars. The Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers part # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 that you had asked about has 71" long crossbars which would be too long for your rail spacing.
