There are tires with a size that are similar to a 215/60R15 but there is not an equivalent trailer tire size.

Tires that are 215/60R15 measure 25.2" in diameter and 8.5" wide and fit 15" wheels. The closest to that for a trailer tire is a ST205/75R15 tire which measures 27.1" in diameter, is 8" wide and also fits 15" wheels.

For this size trailer tire the best available is the Taskmaster Provider # TR20515D.

This is a load range D tire that has a maximum capacity of 2,150 lbs when filled to 65 psi, has a speed rating of 81 mph and will fit 15" x 5", 15" x 5-1/2", 15" x 6", and 15" x 6-1/2" rims.
