The best 2 inch trailer hitch receiver for your 2019 Outback is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76227. This hitch is extremely strong rated for up to 600 lbs tongue weight and up to 4,000 lbs towing like many of the other options.
What sets this hitch apart is the hidden cross tube without the need for a stabilizing strap so it will provide a clean look and the best ground clearance. I've attached a photo of this hitch installed as well as attached a video of this installation. I think you will be very pleased with the overall look and function of this hitch which is rated as strong or stronger than many other models without the hidden cross tube.
