We have a similar trailer hitch that fits your 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus, but the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13172 is not the correct fit.
For your 2019 model the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13395 is the correct fit and features the same hidden crosstube look that you are looking for (see attached). The installation instructions have been linked for you to check out as well.
