You will simply need to account for the towing weight of the 545 lb # RM-2050-1 or the 620 lb # RM-2000-1 along with the 2,932 lbs curb weight of your 2007 Toyota Prius. Your 2017 Toyota Sienna has a towing capacity of 3,500 lbs, so you can use the # RM-2050-1 and be just under your capacity. You will also want the Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector - Trailer End # PK12706 for your wiring to use the trailer brakes already on the dolly.

To use a rental trailer dolly from U-Haul, you made some good decisions. The etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # E98837 will work well and will not limit your towing capacity. It is made very well and has a nice matte black powder coat finish to resist rust and corrosion. The under body panel will need some slight trimming for installation, but there is no fascia trimming required. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56261 will work well for you as long as you don't have the SE model. If you have the SE model then you instead will want # C56106. The Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 2-1/2" Rise, 3-3/4" Drop - Angled Shank - 7,500 lbs # C45230 will definitely need to be used in the rise position and you will also need a hitch pin like # C21500 and a 2 inch hitch ball # 40038. I know U-Haul uses the 2 inch ball but other companies may use the 2-5/16 inch # C40007. If you want to lock the trailer to your vehicle for more security, I recommend the Bulldog Lifelong Trigger-Style Coupler Lock and 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock - Chrome # BD580404 which will give you the trigger lock for your coupler and the hitch lock for your ball mount.
