How to Wire in Manual Switch to 2500 lb Winch

I would like to know if I can wire in a manual switch on my 2500lb harbor freight atv winch and if so the how would help

Expert Reply:
You can hardwire in a switch like # BDW20173 to your winch. It simply gives you a controller at a different location to assist you in using the winch. These parts have not been tested with your winch, so I can't confirm the which power specs and relay will work together, but they should work without much issue.
