For your 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan with Stow-N-Go I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75579 which is a confirmed fit that installs using pre drilled holes in the frame. This hitch has a class III rating with a 2" receiver tube opening. This hitch is also very easy to install taking most only 30 minutes on average.
If you can tell me what you will be using the trailer hitch for then I would be happy to make some additional recommendations for you but if not I am sure you will be satisfied with the purchase of this hitch as many have installed and given it high ratings. We even have an install video which I have attached.
