I was wondering if you all would be able to tell me what 12v RV fan would fit in my bathroom on a Sierra 2016 371REBH. The one that came with my RV was fully plastic and turned to dust in two years of purchase

I am not able to see what is currently in your 2016 Sierra 371REBH, but it sounds like you are looking for something that will function well and is made well.
My recommendation is the MaxxAir Mini Deluxe Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Powered - 1 Speed - White # MA00-03801 or # MA00-03851 in black that install into any 14x14 standard trailer vent opening. You can add this using installation kit # 344270KITW.
