Question:
How can I get another strap? Mine was chafed on the bottom of my aluminum boat and eventually tore. I can’t find it listed on the website. Great product!

Expert Reply:
The BoatBuckle G2 Retractable, Ratchet Transom Tie-Downs # IMF14256 do not have replacement straps available. You will need to replace the entire system.
To keep the new strap from chaffing on the bottom of your boat, I recommend using the BoatBuckle Protective Boat Pads for 2" Wide Tie-Down Straps - Qty 2 # IMF13180 to safeguard your strap from wear and tear.
