For your electric winch, I recommend the Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Trailer Winch - Marine - 1,500 lbs # TW4015 which has a corded remote. The winch has more than enough power for your application and have an enclosed housing to help prevent wear and keep your interior clean. The strap will help to keep your vehicle carpet and interior free from snags.

If you prefer a wire to allow the use of a pulley block for leverage, then I recommend the Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch w/ Pulley Block and remote- 1,500 lbs # DL25721. This will allow you to specifically utilize a leverage point like a handle to give you a better angle.

This can be installed by a mechanic or a technician familiar with 12V electric systems. Depending on how precise a system you desire, a mechanical engineer would be a great resource.
