For your 2017 Nissan NV2500, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13109. When using about 1/2 of Curt hitches they will require a stability strap # 18050 for their warranty, however, this hitch does not require it. When it is required it is stated in the installation instructions and I've attached them to confirm it is not required on this particular hitch or the stronger # C14000 which is also a fit for your vehicle. As you stated, these are made in the USA.

The stability strap is wise on the small Class I hitches and even the Class II hitches with the 1-1/4 inch receivers. Most of the Class III hitches do not require it as they are built much more stable in every way with thicker steel. These hitches have a limited lifetime warranty are made very well to prevent corrosion like you see on older hitches.

For your bike rack, I recommend the Yakima FullSwing 4 Bike Rack - 2" Hitches # Y02465 which will swing away for cargo access with bikes loaded. It comes with the locks to secure your rack to the vehicle and your bikes to the rack.

Finally, I recommend the Softride Soft Hook-and-Loop Tie Downs for Bike Racks # SR54FR and the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005. I've attached some videos to assist.

For your Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13109, I recommend the RockyMounts BackStage 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Swinging - Wheel Mount # RKY10002. This will give you the most stability and support for your bikes as well as the best overall durability. It is rated for bikes up to 60 lbs each and the rack itself weighs 60 lbs. If I were traveling as much as you this would absolutely be my choice of rack. I've attached a video to assist. Some of the 4 bike racks are more economical, but they don't support the bikes as well. I've linked the page to all your options for you to compare if desired.
