Will Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack Work with Fat Bike Tire with Slanted Frame

The Thule Camber 2 bike rack # TH9058 referenced in your question is a nice, hanging-style rack that features dual arms to support the bike's frame. Since your bike's frame doesn't run in a straight line from the seat post to the handlebar post, you likely will just need an adapter bar like the Kuat # UB01. This will attach to the bike's frame and provide a horizontal attachment point so that it can ride level. The issue with your bike's frame is that it will cause the rear tire to hang up higher than the front if mounted directly to the dual arms without the use of an adapter. The Thule Camber 2 can hold 2 bikes that are up to 37.5 pounds each. I just recommend making sure that your bike falls below this weight capacity.

I also recommend adding the Thule Hitch Lock # THSTL2 and Cable Lock # TH538XT to secure everything into place and help deter theft.

Since your bikes each weigh 46 pounds, I recommend moving to a platform-style rack, as these will be much better suited to handle bikes of this weight.
