On a 2011 Toyota tacoma does the bumper have to come off?

The bolts that secure the bumper of your 2011 Toyota Tacoma will need to be removed to install the Draw Tite hitch # 75236 that you mentioned so basically the bumper does have to come off. If you check out the install video I attached you'll see us install this hitch on a similar 2013 Tacoma and our installer remove the bumper.
