The recommended Motorcraft filter is compatible with the Derale Oil Filter Relocation Kit - 22 mm x 1.5 mm Engine Filter Threads # D15725 which will fit filters with threads 3/4"-16 and o-ring diameters 2-1/2" and 2-3/4".
