Can the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2319 be Used on 225/75R16 Tires for 18K Penske Truck
Updated 01/30/2018 | Published 01/29/2018 >
Question:
Hi, I wanted to know which snow chains I would buy for a 16 foot Penske moving truck with tire size 225/75R16. I saw you recommend a #TC2319 to someone asking the same question, and my only worry is if the chains you recommended are sturdy enough for the weight of the truck - up to 18K lbs, I think. Thanks for your help.

The Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2319 are a confirmed fit for your 225/75R16 tires.
Since tire chains are designed to fit specific tire sizes and those tires have specific load ratings you should have no issues as long as you are within your load weight rating and you are driving the recommended speed by law with tire chains on (or no more than 30 mph with these tire chains).
Be sure to check your owner's manual and any local laws about the use of tires chains as well.
