Question:
Hello, I need a slightly taller wheel/tire than my existing 5.30-12inch wheels for my boat trailer. I need the additional height to prevent my pontoon skegs from dragging on the ground when I enter or depart my sloped driveway. I need another 1inch to 1.5inch of total height from pontoon skeg to the ground surface. I tried a 14inch wheel/tire, but the wheel and tire are too wide and rub against the trailer. Can you recommend a suitable replacement wheel/tire combination for the 5.30-12? Thank you,

Since your clearance issue is not so much with your trailer as with your pontoon boat's skegs, the better solution is to install taller bunk brackets to lift the height of the boat on the trailer, rather than lifting the trailer higher off the ground. Keep in mind that a tire would have to be 3-inches taller overall to give you 1-1/2-inches more height. A tire that much larger would probably create a new problem with fender or wheel well clearance.
The linked page displays all bunk brackets which range in height from 6- to over 12-inches. For instance, if your current bunk brackets are 8-inches tall, such as # CE10100G, you could replace them with 12-inch brackets # CE10102G. This would actually give you 4-inches more height between the ground and the pontoon skegs.
