Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13707 is a confirmed fit for both a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis and a 2007 Lincoln Town Car.
The replacement hardware can be found with part # RHK. You will simply click on the linked part and then select "Curt" as the manufacturer in the drop down menu. You will then type in "13707" for the hitch item number and we will send you the correct replacement hardware needed to install this hitch on your Lincoln.
Keep in mind that a trailer hitch receiver always needs new hardware as the hardware is meant to only be torqued down once.
I have attached a link to this hitch being installed on a 2004 Town Car that you can use as a reference.
