If you check your owner's manual you should be able to find the locations of your fuses or relays and determine the correct replacement from there.
On an online owner's manual I found that the Trailer Tow Back-Up Lamps Relay (PCB1)/Trailer Tow Parklamp Relay (R201) you will want to check location 10 which is 20 amps.
For Trailer Tow Left Turn/Stop Lamps you will want to look at location 42 which is 10 amps.
You will want to check your own copy of your owner's manual to make sure that this is accurate for your application.
