Question:

Trailer manufacturers rarely maintain specs on smaller items like the bearings and spindles used in construction of their trailers, such as your 2004 Pace Shadow enclosed car hauler trailer. But we can still help.
The best way to go is to pull one hub, as you plan to do, to obtain the part numbers from the original inner and outer bearings and grease seal. This is the most fool-proof method for selecting the correct replacement bearing kit (or individual parts).
Once you have the inner and outer bearing numbers you can use the linked page to check for a kit that includes all the needed items, or you can select individual bearings, races and seals if we do not offer a kit with all of your needed parts.
If part numbers are not available on your bearings you'll need to measure your spindles at the two points where the bearings ride. Please refer to the linked diagram that shows these points on the spindle, C and D. Point B can be measured for the inner diameter of the grease seal and the hubs rear bore can be measured for the seal's outer diameter.
