I did some checking and it looks like manual transmission 2005 Chevy Aveos can be flat towed without issue, but the automatic transmission Aveos can not be flat towed. You would have to check your owners manual to see if a tow dolly like a RoadMaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes, part # RM-2000-1 could be used. I attached installation instructions below for you to check out also.
If you had a manual transmission you could use a RoadMaster Tracker Tow Bar - 5,000 lbs, part # RM-020, like you referenced and you would need the following products as well.
Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit, part # 3129-1, to provide the connection point from your vehicle to the # RM-020.
RoadMaster 68 inch Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs, part # RM-643.
Roadmaster Tow Bar Quick Disconnect Kit, part # RM-201.
RoadMaster 7-Wire to 4-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit, part # RM-164-7.
Finally you would need a lighting solution to give your Aveo turn and brake signals while being flat towed. If you only plan on towing the Aveo occasionally I would recommend you get a Magnetic Mount Stop, Turn and Tail Towing Light Kit w 20 foot Wiring Harness, part # TL21RK.
If you plan on towing your Aveo pretty frequently I would recommend you use a Tail Light Isolating Diode System, part # 38955. This kit will wire into your tail light circuitry and operate the brake and turn signals of your Aveo in conjunction with the tail light functions of your tow vehicle. I attached a link to a video of this product being installed onto a similar vehicle as yours below.
You may also be interested in an Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Proportional Braking System, part # RM-9400, to give you additional stopping power. Some states require supplemental braking systems when you are flat towing a vehicle, you should check your local laws on this issue.
