The roof rack I recommend for your 2015 Grand Cherokee is the Thule WingBar roof rack. This roof rack has aerodynamic aluminum crossbars that are some of the quietest on the road. To order the roof rack you will need part # TH711500, part # TH480R, and part # THKIT1656. The WingBars are also available in black, part # TH711520.

To find the best roof box that will work for you, a quick measurement will need to be taken. To determine if a rear hatch can be opened with a roof box you will need to know the front clearance. That is the distance from the center of the front crossbar of the roof rack rearward to the seam between the roof and rear hatch. For the roof rack I recommended the center of the front crossbar will be 12-1/4 inches from the edge between the windshield and the roof. You will then need to measure from that spot to the seam between the rear hatch and the roof. That will be the front clearance.

You can then use the included chart that shows the roof boxes and their front clearance. for example, if you find the front clearance is 52-inches I recommend the Motion XT, part # TH629906 that is a 22-cu ft box. You could also choose a smaller roof box like part # TH628 which is a 16-cu ft cargo box.
