Air Lift Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2012 Ford F-350

Question:

I have 2012 F350 4 wheel drive dually. I weighed it with my fifth wheel and the rear axle weighed 7680 lbs. I assume the 7500 lb air suspension would be the one that I need. Thank you

For your 2012 Ford F-250 the Air Lift Kit part # AL57596 would be the correct kit to use as it is a heavier duty air bag kit which you would need. That being said, weighing the rear axle of your truck with the trailer connected and then comparing that to the capacity of the spring kit would not necessarily be the way to pick it out.

What these kits do is provide the additional suspension support up to the capacity of the spring kit. They do not however give you additional suspension capacity and that figure would not also include the rear axle weight of your vehicle.
