Parts Needed for Adding Shocks to Travel Trailer
Products Featured in This Question
Question:
I am considering adding shocks to my travel trailer axles. Do I need to put shocks on both axles or just one?

Expert Reply:
You will need to put a set of shocks on both axles of your travel trailer, according to Lippert.
We offer the Lippert Bolt-On Shocks # LC281281 and # LC281255. These kits require you to have at least 2-1/2 inches of space between the inside of the tire and the frame. The # LC281281 will fit 3 inch diameter round axles while the # LC281255 will fit 2-3/8 inch diameter round axles.
I have linked both products listed above to this page for your convenience.
