I went out to the warehouse and pulled the Hopkins 4, 5, and 6-Way mounting bracket # HM48605 to measure it for you.
The outer most holes are 2-7/8 inches apart on center. The inner set are 1-7/8 inches apart on center. The holes are just a hair over 1/2 inch apart on center if looking at 2 that are side by side. And the top mounting holes are 2-1/2 inches apart on center. The overall height of the bracket is 2-3/4 inches and it is 15/16 inches deep. I made a picture of this bracket for you.
