Per the owner's manual, tire chains are to be used on the rear tires only on your 2015 Wrangler. The manual also states that for P225/75R16 or a P235/65R17 tires, Class 'S' tire chains are recommended. You may want to check with your dealership if you have tires that are a different size and see if tire chains can be used. When using tire chains the maximum driving speed is 30 mph.
if you let me know what size tires you have on your Wrangler I will be happy to make some recommendations that will work for you.
