Question:

You will need to measure the bolt pattern of the trailer. In the 15 inch wheel size the two bolt patterns will be either a 5 lug on 4-1/2 inches and 5 lug on 5 inch.
If you measure the distance from the the center of one bolt to the center of the bolt next to it and it measures 2-5/8 inches, it is a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. If it measures 3 inches then it is a 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern.

Another thing you will want to check is what load range tire you have on your trailer. Your size ST205/75R15 tire comes in a load range C which has a maximum load of 1,820 lbs. at 50 psi. They do make some radial tires in the ST205/75R15 size with a load range D.
The Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15 Inch White Wheel, # AM32395, is a 15 X 5 inch wheel with a 5 0n 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
The Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15 Inch White Wheel, # AM32409, is a 15 X 5 inch wheel with a 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern.
