Spare Tire Bike Rack Recommendation for Jeep Wrangler with Offroad Oversize Tire

Question:
Will the Y02599 fit on a 33 Inch tire? Most do not come with a tube long enough for 33 inch tires.

We had a customer come back and say they used the Yakima SpareRide 2 Bike Carrier # Y02599 on a 35x12.50R18 and it worked well for them.
