On a tandem axle trailer using a total of 4 tires in size ST205/75R15 load range C would have the capacity for a 7,000 pound trailer. The total capacity of all 4 tires would be 7,280 pounds.

Be sure to always inflate trailer tires to the maximum psi indicated on the tire. For # AM32395 that would be 50 psi. Trailer tires are built with a thicker sidewall to handle more vertical load. If under inflated the sidewall will generate excessive heat and cause the tire to fail.

Our Keystone Springdale Summerland came with 4 20575R15C tires on it. The Max gross weight is 7545 pounds. Will these tires be safe to use??

It's actually not too uncommon for manufacturers to equip a trailer with tires that are technically under-rated when compared to its GVW (which would be the case on your Keystone). The reason this is generally fine is because 10 to 15 percent of that weight will be falling onto the rear axle of your truck - not onto the trailer tires. So in reality the tires only have to support probably at most 6,800 pounds of that 7,545 pound GVW.
