Question:
I have a 15 inch tire what size cover do I need?
asked by: Patty
Expert Reply:
A tire mounted on a 15-inch wheel (or rim) will have an overall diameter between 27-inches and 28-1/2-inches. Most of the tire covers we offer fit a range of tire diameters since there is also the width of the tire to consider in addition to the overall diameter.
For your tire size the cover you referenced, Classic Accessories' Universal Fit Spare Tire Cover, part # 052963753479, is an excellent choice since your tire size falls in the middle of its fit range.
The easy-care vinyl fabric cover has an elasticized back hem with quick connect clips for a fast and adjustable fit. It carries a 3-year limited warranty.
