Model This is a fabulous product, and a great company to do business with. I had just bought a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan and immediately planned a vacation with it. All the local yocals at U-haul and other places told me that because of the stow-n-go seating, hitches weren't even available for this van, yet . . . would be back ordered for months! Yada, yada yada. I found etrailer online, the price was reasonable and I had the hitch within 3days. The shipment was trackable from the get-go. The instructions were clear & concise, so I did the job myself . . . with no drilling. As etrailer indicated, this particular model was probably a bit trickier than most, because it fits up between the stow-n-go bin & the exhaust system . . . it does require a bit of skill and some patience. A helping hand would have been nice too, but I did the job myself with just some Walmart car-ramps, a socket set, BIG screwdriver and the Dodge's screw-jack to help position the hitch. etrailer saved my vaction!
