Today we are going to be installing the universal 4-Flack connector part number 18144 in conjunction with our universal short bracket part 18140. With our wire already rounded outside of the vehicle well go ahead and install the 4-flat mounting bracket on the universal mounting bracket. Well use the supplied hardware to secure it. with our two screws tightened down, take the warm clamp and secure directly to the hitch. Now weve got that tightened down, Ill go ahead and take a pair of tin snips and cut off the access from the clamp. With the clamp secure well go ahead and rout the floor pole through the 4-Flat mounting bracket and input the cap on the end of our floor pole.
And there you have it with the installation of tow ready 4-flat connector part number 18144 along with our tow ready universal short bracket part number 18140.
