Brake Controller For 2017 Toyota Tundra With Proportional Control & No Major Modification Needed

I have a 2017 Toyota Tundra SR5, NO tow package but it does have a 7p plug. Im using a Curt Echo brake controller but its jerky and really bad at slow speed. Is there an alternative controller for my truck with better proportional control with out major mods to truck? Thank you.

There is a brake controller for your 2017 Toyota Tundra with excellent proportional control and that won't require any modification to your truck, from Curt:
