Just got this and there is lot of play and movement between the hitch and the receiver with the red knob securely tightened resulting in significant movement of the top of the carrier. have not tried it with bikes loaded. is there a fix or am I missing some step or part? Receiver is 2X2in

Sometimes with bike racks like the Yakima FullSwing # Y02465 that have knob anti-rattle devices the trick to getting them to get rid of all of the movement is to use one hand to move the bike rack around in the hitch and the other to tighten firmly on the knob at same time. Typically this gets rid of the last bit of movement.
