These low-profile Inno Aero crossbars let you build a stylish, aerodynamic roof rack for your vehicle. The crossbars require 4 Inno Flush or Through feet to mount the rack to your roof. You may also need a custom fit kit to mount the crossbars. Built-in T-slots in the tops of the bars let you easily mount carriers and accessories on the rack. Flexible rubber strips in the channels keep out dirt and require no trimming or adjustment. The crossbars are also constructed of strong yet lightweight aluminum so they won't rust.
These lightweight bars have an elliptical shape. This aerodynamic, low-profile design helps to reduce wind noise and drag when you drive. This means you won't need to add a fairing.
Inno Aero crossbars are constructed of sturdy, lightweight aluminum. Internal extrusions add strength and structural rigidity without adding a significant amount of weight. The bars are rustproof so you can leave them on your roof all year long, wherever you go. The sand-blasted powder coat finish resists corrosion, scuffs, and scratches. And the matte black color will look good on any vehicle.
Each crossbar has a channel in the bottom that lets you install Inno feet (sold separately). Slide the channel cover over to reveal a mounting hole for the foot. Clip the foot into the crossbar and then slide it into place along the channel. Built-in bar end stops in the channels will keep the feet from sliding off the ends of the bars.
To complete installation, mount the feet to your roof. This may require a custom fit kit (depending on your application). Attach the locking covers (included with the feet) to secure the roof rack to your vehicle. Locking the covers also secures T-slot-mounted accessories to your crossbars.
This bar has a built-in T-slot that allows you to mount bike racks, watersport carriers, ski racks, and more. The EZ-Slide rubber strip in the bar lets you mount accessories without the need to remove or trim the strip. Just press down on the ends of the flexible strip and slide your accessory's mounting hardware into the T-slot. This strip has a plastic coating so it's easy to slide T-bolts along the channel. The strip runs the full length of the bar, so it helps keep dirt out of the channel when you're not carrying accessories.
You can also attach most clamp-on accessories to the bar, and the rubber strip provides a no-slip cushion for any accessories that rest on it.

The 51" was a nice size for my 2015 Touareg. Many of the manufacturers recomment wider (53-54"), but I like the narrower profile. Unfortunately, the Aero design still creates a slight bit of wind noise at highway speeds, and it gets worse if the sunroof is raised (vent). I like the soft rubber T-channel material which allows the accessories to mount without cutting the material. I also like the slightly arched shape.
Noisy driving down the road. The whistle driving at 60mph is ridiculous and the best part, you can’t even exchange them! Thank you for making me look elsewhere for anything that you sell.
I just received and instilled my rack system. Time will tell, but my initial reaction is that of disappointment with the quality of the system, considering what I spent. The cross bars seem to be plastic, and the end caps on the cross bars seem to be plastic and covered with a faux metal chrome. I am curious to see how well this system holds up to the hot Florida sun. The positive is that I like the general shape of the aero crossbars, and they are relatively quiet when I am driving.

I upgraded to these Aero Crossbars hoping it would mean a quieter drive with less wind noise. I am so glad I did. There is not noise at all with these bars. I use them with my roof cargo carrier and I don't even notice it is there. These bars are even strong enough to haul my canoe. I am very pleased with them.

easy purchase. when I changed vehicles, I needed new feet for my Aero Crossbars. These fit the style roof racks on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. They were easy to install and took the locks I had from my other Inno mount these replaced. Love the racks,
These fit the car along with the other Inno items perfectly. They are very secure when combined with the other Inno products. No worries of the rack system coming off. Using them to transport kayaks using kayak holders.
Worked fine after I had rails installed on my BMW X3. Said it would work without them but I tried and couldn’t get them to attach.

Purchased with the, "Inno Through Feet for Aero Crossbars," for our 2017 Sienna. Pretty simple to install, maybe 20minutes after reading instructions. Seems solid.
I’ve had the system in place for over a year now and haul dual kayaks often! I love it! The only thing I wish I could change is the wind noise that’s comes with it. But I’m sure with any rook rack system you get that.
Installation went quickly and the aero bars do not make any noise at all on my Nissan Leaf; even at highway speeds.

We have put these crossbars to work on several road trips and we are very happy with them..
Product is great. Fits perfectly with some minor measurement adjustments. Can be assembled by one person, but helps to have two. Bought the complete roof kit and well as the Inno 80 basket for a Mazda CX3, took about two hours to assemble everything.

Great quality. Easy to install with some common sense as the directions aren't perfect. Locks and crome/black end caps give it a high end feel.
