Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 4-Pole Flat Connectors
It does what it says on the tin. Easily lit up my XJ so I could tow it. Only regret is that by making the connections at the rear, you don’t get the front market lights on the toad. I should have connected the running lights diode in the harness under the dash so all the marker lights come on at night.
I’m always extremely satisfied with Roadmaster products. I had just bought a new truck and planned on towing it so I needed everything to get it ready to tow. This review also applies to to the other items I purchased.

Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit
Received wiring kit with the base plate. Everything received was in order. Installation was relatively easy with help from etrailer's tutorial video. Great product and great customer service.
Very complete kit. My only problem mounting it in a 2014 Chevy Spark is the limited space for the diodes. After much trial and fitting I found a suitable location. See photo.

Blue Ox 4-Diode Universal Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles
The wiring kit arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed. Install was easy and lights work perfectly.
Took a bit to get to the rear lights on the wrx - trim pieces etc. But once there the instructions were easy to follow and the lights work great!

Tail Light Isolating Diode System with Wiring Harness
I was looking for something to add to my 2014 Equinox for tail/brake/t-signal lighting for towing behind my motorhome. This system worked perfectly , and couldn't have been easier to install. The hardest part was running the wiring from front to rear ( through frame rails and what-not ). Tail-lite hook-up was a breeze. There was plenty of wire to do the job also. Now the vehicle lites work as a trailer and does not interfere with the normal vehicle lite operation.
installed your isolating diode wiring harness 38955 also the blue ox base plate bx1126 . install was very easy with video on your site.was installed on my 2007 wangler to be towed with holiday rambler motor home.

Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit with Bulbs
Overall, pretty happy with this product. I found the quality of the product to be very good. I was lucky in that I own the same year and model car as in the installation video on the etrailer.com website, so following along was fairly easy. It took my 15 year old son and I about 2 hours to install. Most of that was trying to run the cable underneath the car, which is very low to the ground even when jacked up. I would have preferred to run the cable through the interior, but was not able to locate an adequate entry point into the cabin. Overall, installation is pretty straight forward. It might be more difficult for vehicles who's entire light fixture can not be removed. The product works great and as expected.
Easy to install, works good. Had one problem short 6 foot cord with male ends on both ends. While traveling this summer plug end near car came unplugged from wind turbulence causing fuses in motor home to blow. Now I use zip tie to hold plugs together, problem solved.

Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles
Called my local trailer and flat tow company in my area and they quoted me $179.00 for the harness alone. I also got a quote for the install which was $350.00 and the total of $529.00. Called Etrailer and purchased the Hopkins harness that was on sale and paid total of less than $82.00. It took me around 2 hours to install with wire loom protection. Etrailer has always had excellent customer service. Big thanks to Brandon for all his help.
Relatively easy to install, worst part was routing the wiring to the front of the jeep. The rest was plug and play. I also replaced the flat four way plug with a six pin round.

RoadMaster Bulb and Socket Set for Tail Light Wiring Kits
Bought this light kit to install in the un-used bottom position in or 2005 Honda CR-V. No need to tap into vehicle's wiring harness. Easy to install, works great! Highly recommend.
This bulb kit is just what I needed to add trailer lights to my 'toad' vehicle. The sockets felt like quality items, it was simple to install. I had my own wire, I think it turned out great.

Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Wire to 6-Wire Straight Cord
The install on my Ford Maverick is clean and functional, so this is more of a customer service review... excellent customer service! During the 4-day towing set-up install, the forecast was for freezing temps and my rig was not winterized. I called in mid panic and the motorhome was moved indoors. A few months after using the tow set-up, a minor problem developed. I called and the CSR apologized and said, I can see how that might be frustrating, and a replacement cable (slightly longer) was sent free of charge.
The installation ins ructions and video were very helpful. The wiring kit worked perfectly.

Blue Ox Tail Light Wiring Kit - Bulb and Socket
I needed to wire our ‘17 Chevrolet Sonic for towing behind our Motorhome. My local shop wanted over $xxx to install such wiring. Online I found the Blue Ox wiring kit and decided to do it myself. The kit and instructions were very complete and informative and it took me about three hours to complete the installation. The time consuming part was removing and reinstalling trim and panels to hide the wiring inside the car. The thing I like most about this kit is it’s independent of the cars wiring system and I’m very happy with it.
I put this base plate on with the assistance of my wife very easy to install. Do recommend the video to install

Roadmaster 6-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles with Separate Lighting
In ordering the parts I got a little confused as to exactly which kit I needed. My motorhome has combined brake/turn signal lights & the car ('03 Subaru Outback) has separate brake/turn/parking lights. Thought I needed the 6 diode kit (which I ordered) until I had all the parts here & read through the instructions for the umpteenth time (BEFORE cutting anything) & then realized what they were doing. Turns out all I needed was the 4 diode kit. Sounds like there won't be any problems returning the unneeded parts since they were never installed. Great service there! Took a lot apart in the back of the car because of the lack of space behind the tail light assemblies, but it all comes apart pretty easily. Also allowed me to route the wiring along side the stock harness. Have a bunch of 1/2" split loom here & used it. Thought I would have lots of wire left over, but I actually had to splice 2 cut offs to make a jumper long enough to get from 1 side of the car to the other. Glad the car wasn't any longer & I didn't have to make up 2 jumpers as with some of the kits! Hardest part was finding a hole in the firewall & getting the harness routed under the dash so as to not tangle with the pedals, etc. I just don't flex like I used to. Everything works fine although it was NOT a "5 minute job".
The diodes and wiring are good and worked well. But the 118158 converter produced a 3.5 volt drop such that the brake lights were as dim as the tail lights. And when a turn signal was triggered the brake lights dimmed even further. I ended up stringing a separate brake wire through the car and re-wiring my truck with a 5-wire connector.
