Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Demco auto slide locking plate for your Lippert Helux pin boxes. Now this locking plate is going to help prevent your kingpin from pivoting inside of your Demco auto slide fifth wheel trailer hitch. And this is going to work with Lippert Helux pin boxes And this is going to be a simple bolt-on installation with the included set screws that you see here. And this features a corrosion resistant, durable carbide black powder coat finish.
So this is gonna hold up really well for you. And this also includes an instruction sheet to guide you through the very easy installation process. Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our real fast look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy.

Product is functional and the quality is nice! Unfortunately, they keep popping off the hitch clamps, especially when turning while going uphill, the hex screws that are provided don't seem to be able to clamp enough.

Hey, Jorn. Thanks for sharing this with us. Would it be possible to email us a picture of how they are popping off? Any additional information and pictures will help. I can get with Demco and see what I can find out. The Helix is a relatively new pin box so I want to make sure we can get this taken care of for you so you don't have to worry about the locking plate when you're towing.
