From what I can see and from my understanding of grilles (front or back) you will need to remove the rear grille on your 2008 Lexus RX 400h in order to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13530 or any of the other trailer hitches that fit your Lexus. This is due to them using the same bolts hole locations and you don't want those brackets to be overlapping. |
