Grounding the 12-Volt Outlet Kit on 2015 Chevy Colorado
Question:
In the owners manual for a 2015 colorado the manual does not say that you cant atach the ground direct ly to the battery, so I feel you can is this true

You are correct that the owner's manual for your 2015 Chevy Colorado does not specify accessories being unable to ground to the negative battery terminal. So for the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332 it should be perfectly fine to ground to the negative battery post. I recommend a quick call to your local Chevy dealer's service department to verify this just to be certain but I do not foresee any issue whatsoever.
