The front-mount trailer hitch receiver you referenced, Curt # 31241, is a fit for specific Nissan and Suzuki vehicles including your 2014 Frontier.
No drilling is required but the air dam (lower fascia) and tow hooks must be permanently removed for hitch installation. No cutting is needed either. You will need a torque wrench to secure the fasteners to the specified rating as indicated in the written instructions from Curt which are linked for you at right.
