When determining if a vehicle like your 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid can safely have snow chains run on it you will need to consult the owners manual or contact the manufacturer.
If your owners manual says you can use chains and you have the 215/55-17 size tires on your vehicle the Thule Self-Tensioning, Low-Profile Snow Tire Chains # TH01221100 that you referenced would be the correct ones to use. These are a great set of chains that are pretty easy to install. I had the chance to install a similar set a few months back and was surprised at how much easier they are to install than they look.
I also attached an FAQ on snow chains for you to check out as well.
