I am looking for the best ladder rack I can get for my 2015 Silverado 2500 that has an over the cab extension like the # TA21000-02-02. I have a long bed

The TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Over-the-Cab Extension # TH43002XT-000EX that you referenced has been confirmed to fit the long bed versions of the 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 and 3500 so it would be what I would recommend for you. This is one of the nicest racks on the market and I know it will work very well for you.
