We do have an Edge EZ, part # EP30204 that would be compatible with the 2005 Dodge Ram with the 5.9L Cummins. Depending on the overall condition of the vehicle, you could get increases up to 65 Horsepower and 150 foot pounds of torque.
The # EP30200 you referenced will only fit 1998-2000 models of the Dodge Ram, and wouldn't work with your truck.
