Question:
Where is the factory plug in for this brake controller located on the 2007 model year F150? I recently purchased this controller and harness from you, pulled down the dash panels under the steering column, and cant find anything of the sort on the drivers side of the dash?

On a 2007 Ford F-150, you should not need to remove any panels. It should be right by the center section of the dash, by the radio. Go back towards the firewall, and you should find it to the right of the gas pedal arm, but closer to the driver than the firewall.
I have added a link to a video of a brake controller install on a 2008 Ford F-150 that should be pretty helpful.
